Mr. Om Prakash Mishra - B.Com ( Hons.), FCA
Mr. Om Prakash Mishra has done Bachelor's in Commerce (Hons.) from Hansraj College, Delhi University before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”) in 1992. He is presently a fellow member of the ICAI and senior partner of the firm. He looks after Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Direct and Indirect Taxes relating to tax compliances, representation before Tax Authorities, appeals and tax planning. With experience of over 20 years in every facet of the chartered accountancy profession, he has good grasp of accounting and auditing practices, Tax Statutes including the Companies Act, 1956 and Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.

Mr. Manish Kapoor - B.Com, FCA
Mr. Manish Kapoor holds Bachelors degree of commerce (Honors) from Delhi University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI), New Delhi in May 2004. Working as a senior consultant with management consultancy firms, he has expertise in process development monitoring and control, GAP analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, and Investment proposal evaluation. With experience of over 6 years, he specializes in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Domestic and International Taxation matters, Risk Advisory Services, Tax Planning and Structuring including Research, ERP development and implementation.
